Andreas Hansson

Andreas is an investor and advisor with experience from the entire company life cycle. He is an angel investor in several start-ups, and also serves on the Board of a number of public companies, including AutoStore, the leading automated storage and retrieval system provider, and as chair of the Board of Kahoot! ASA, a leading EdTech platform.

He previously served as a Managing Director at SB Management, having first joined SoftBank Group in 2017, and was a Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers until August 2020. Before joining SoftBank, Andreas held multiple positions at Arm Ltd., where he served as technical adviser to the Executive Vice President and the CTO, leading strategic activities around business development and incubation.

Andreas received an MSc in computer science and engineering from Lund Institute of Technology, Sweden. He also holds a PhD in electrical engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands, where he graduated cum laude.

Andreas Hansson will advise Axelera AI Team on technology, market trend, and investment opportunities in computing and artificial intelligence.
