Office & Facility Specialist (32-40 hours) - (m/f/d)

In less than a year we have onboarded more than 50 highly skilled people, opened offices in 5 countries, taped out our first chip and now, completing the development of our first product to be launched by the end of the year.

Your role 

You will be trusted with your (international) knowledge and experience and will work closely together with our Office & Facility Manager to support with all different kind of topics in multiple countries.  

Your responsibilities include the following activities:

  • You will be taking care of the tasks as part of onboarding: 
    • Place the online purchases and enter them to the internal ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system 
    • Responsible for registering company assets and completing documentation  
    • Preparing and sending the IT equipment to all employees 
    • Taking care of the welcome packages and company gifts like anniversaries, birthdays, and other occasions 
  • You will be the contact window between office, finance, accounting, and later stage the purchasing department   
  • Doing research for implementing new ideas, services or benefits  
  • You will be participating in European HR (Human Resources) & Office Management projects like kick-off, team building activities, etc.  
  • Supporting tasks for preparation for all business or company events  
  • Possible travel to countries with the manager for office preparation, opening and events.

Your profile 

  • Minimum MBO + degree or equivalent with 2-3 years
  • You are a fast learner, able to work with ERP system and follow processes
  • You can work independently and are capable to make simple decisions
  • Strong personality and not afraid to speak up
  • You are open minded and optimistic
  • You are organized, structured and able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications like Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English & German are necessary. Dutch is a big plus.
