Eindhoven, Netherlands - November 14, 2023 – Axelera AI, provider of world’s most powerful and advanced solutions for AI at the Edge, today announced that Stephen Owen has joined Axelera AI as Advisor.
Stephen is a Board Level International Executive with extensive Global Leadership and Organizational experience in an S&P Top 500 Semiconductor Company, with over 16 years at the executive level. He led the Global Sales & Marketing Organizations of over 1800 employees that delivered significantly “above average” results consistently over many years enhancing company performance in all key metrics (Revenue, GM, EBIT and Opex).
He has broad experience in leading strategic Change Management Programs during M&A activities and company restructuring for both growth cycles and downturns whilst continuing to deliver excellent quarterly results with growth in revenues , profitability and cost control.
At NXP he led the Women in Technology ERG on behalf of the company for several years.
From 2016 to the end of 2022 he focused on Succession Planning and New College Hires for the future Sales and Marketing Leadership of the company.
Since November 2022 Stephen is advising companies on a variety of projects ranging from Leadership Change, Technology Choices and C-Suite Connections.
Stephen will advise Axelera AI in areas such as go-to-market strategies, supply chain management, and support for production and commercialization efforts.
